Xclusive Services – Car Hire Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Confirmation:
   1. All car hire reservations are subject to availability.
   2. To confirm a booking, a non-refundable deposit is required.
   3. Xclusive Services reserves the right to refuse any booking without providing a reason.
      
      
2. Driver’s License and Age Requirements:
   1. Renters must hold a valid driver’s license for the entire rental period.
   2. Minimum age requirements may apply; please refer to the specific terms for each vehicle.
      
      
3. Rental Period:
   1. The rental period is calculated on a 24-hour basis, starting from the agreed-upon pick-up time.
   2. Any extensions or changes to the rental period must be arranged in advance.
      
      
4. Cancellation Policy:
   1. The deposit is non-refundable.
   2. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled rental period may incur additional charges.
      
      
5. Security Deposit:
   1. A security deposit is required at the beginning of the rental period.
   2. The deposit will be refunded in full upon the return of the vehicle in the same condition it was provided.
      
      
6. Insurance:
   1. All rentals include basic insurance coverage.
   2. Additional insurance options include collision damage waiver (CDW) and liability coverage.
      
      
7. Fuel Policy:
   1. Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at the start of the rental.
   2. Fuel charges will apply for any shortfall.
      
      
8. Usage Restrictions:
   1. The rented vehicle may only be driven by the named renter and other authorised drivers specified during the booking process.
   2. Vehicles must not be used for illegal activities, off-road driving, or racing.
      
      
9. Maintenance and Repairs:
   1. Renters are responsible for regular maintenance, including checking fluid levels and tyre pressure.
   2. Xclusive Services must be notified immediately of any mechanical issues.
      
      
10. Penalties and Fines:
    1. Renters are responsible for any fines, tolls, or penalties incurred during the rental period
    2. Xclusive Services reserves the right to charge the renter for any violations reported after the vehicle has been returned.
       
       
11. Return of the Vehicle:
    1. The vehicle must be returned to the agreed-upon location at the specified time.
    2. Late returns may incur additional charges.
       
       
12. Termination of Agreement:
    1. Xclusive Services reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if the renter breaches any terms and conditions.
       
       
13. Force Majeure:
    1. Xclusive Services shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control.

14. Dispute Resolution:

• Any disputes arising from the rental agreement will be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, through legal means.
  
  

15. Amendments to Terms and Conditions:

• Xclusive Services reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions anytime. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
  
  

By confirming a booking with Xclusive Services, the renter acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
